Overview

To accommodate traditional Point of Sale (POS) or eCommerce card purchases, our acquiring card services allow funds to be pulled from an external card into your settlement account. Such transfers typically happen within seconds. In addition, the /acquiring endpoints enable merchants to accept both debit card payments and credit card payments.

In order to register an external card so that funds can be pulled, the sensitive data including the card PAN, the card expiration, and the CVV number must be encrypted. See our API documentation for instructions on how to encrypt sensitive card data using the standard node.js crypto module.
